We thought it might be an interesting question to ask the poker playing public now that it is certain that Full Tilt Poker will resume operations. Pokerstars, which now owns Full Tilt, recently announced that the online site returns on November 6th. Given the outright fraud and deception that occurred, will players return? Full Tilt was once home to tens (hundreds?) of thousands of loyal, regular players. Many of these players lost accounts worth thousands of dollars (over a million dollars in at least one high profile case). The expectation is that lost player funds (for US players) will be repaid since that money has been collected by the US DOJ as part of the Pokerstars settlement.

Full Tilt owner Rational Group has applied for and recently received a license by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission to run real money poker in certain European jurisdictions.
